Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Custom orders take longer. We offer USPS first class shipping. Priority 1-3 days is additional.
We want you to be 100% happy with all your orders. If you have any concerns, please email at email@example.com. If you do want to return you item, contact me within 5 days of receipt for a return authorization number. Item must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt, unworn and in the original box. Please send me the tracking number.Once the merchandise is received, inspected and found in it’s original condition, a refund will be credited to your credit card.
If items arrive damaged in shipping, notify me immediately. You will be given a return authorization number. A replacement will be sent to you.

How Can You Opt-Out, Remove, or Modify Information You Have Provided to Us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

International Shipping Prepaid Duties and Taxes
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Michele’s Originals to import the goods on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Michele’s Originals may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods
